Sustainability & Social Responsibility

The Welsh Government supports business in sustainability and social responsibility. We've committed to developing Ride Adapt in a way that supports development of people, protects the environment and ensures our products meet the highest of standards. We’re in the early stages of growth, but by completing the Green Growth and Equality Pledges, we are contributing to Wales’s transition to a low-carbon future and taking proactive steps toward creating an inclusive, fair, and diverse workplace. 

 

In practice, this means we are developing products that are robust and designed to last a long time, can be serviced and upgraded as simply as possible and can live on past the first user. We consider the resources we use in research and development, and in production. We also support our diverse customer base. Our approach to product development embraces collaboration and we do our best to create an inclusive, fair and diverse workplace.
