Important Notice: This Limited Manufacturer's Warranty is provided voluntarily by Ride Adapt Ltd. to end-user purchasers. It applies internationally to our adaptive sports equipment line and operates in addition to, and does not restrict, any statutory rights you hold under your local consumer protection laws.
1. SCOPE OF COVERAGE
Ride Adapt Ltd. warrants that all genuine adaptive equipment and accessories manufactured by Ride Adapt Ltd. shall be free from material defects in components and workmanship under normal, intended adaptive sports use. This warranty applies solely to original end-user purchasers buying directly from Ride Adapt Ltd. or an authorised international distributor.

Structural Frames & Chassis (3 Years / 36 Months): Main structural welds, frame tubing, and primary load-bearing chassis elements against structural fracture or fatigue failure.

Adaptive Assemblies & Mounts (2 Years / 24 Months): Custom adaptive interfaces, seating brackets, release mechanisms, linkage systems, and adjustable position controls.

Electronics & Actuators (1 Year / 12 Months): Motorised assist modules, control interfaces, battery units, electronic wiring, and power actuators.

Soft Goods & Wear Items (6 Months): Straps, padding, harnesses, seating upholstery, grips, bushings, and high-wear contact points against premature seam or material failure.
2. KEY WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty is designed to protect against genuine manufacturing defects. It does not extend to routine operational degradation or damage resulting from external factors.

Excluded Usage Conditions: Damage arising from commercial rental, competitive motorsport/unauthorised racing, structural alterations without written consent, or loads exceeding the certified maximum user weight ratings.

Wear & Environmental Damage: Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, bearings), cosmetic degradation, corrosion from saltwater exposure, prolonged UV exposure, or inadequate storage and maintenance.

Misuse & Accidents: Impact damage, crash damage, improper assembly/installation by unauthorized technicians, neglect, or improper transportation (e.g., airline cargo damage without protective casing).

Third-Party Parts: Failure caused by integration with non-authorised third-party accessories, non-original power systems, or modified mounting interfaces.
3. INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS
We understand the importance of your adaptive equipment. Should you experience an issue, follow this simple process for prompt international assistance:

Submit Claim Notification: Contact our support desk at support@rideadapt.com or through your local authorised dealer within 30 days of discovering the defect. Include your proof of purchase, product serial number, and detailed photos/videos of the issue.

Technical Evaluation: Our engineering team will review the claim. We may request further diagnostics or ask that the affected component be returned to an authorised regional service centre for physical inspection.

Remedy Determination: If covered under warranty, Ride Adapt Ltd. will, at its sole discretion: (a) repair the defective part, (b) send a direct replacement part, or (c) replace the complete product unit.

Fulfillment & Shipping: For valid claims, Ride Adapt Ltd. will supply replacement parts and cover standard outbound shipping. Return shipping costs for evaluation are governed by local service agreements or reimbursable upon claim validation.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & REMEDIES
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

The remedies described in Section 3 are your sole and exclusive remedies and represent Ride Adapt Ltd.'s entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty.

Ride Adapt Ltd.'s aggregate liability under or in connection with the sale or use of its products shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Ride Adapt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of competition entry fees, travel expenses, or secondary transport costs.
5. GOVERNING LAW & INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law: This Limited Warranty, its interpretation, and any non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local legal rights below.

Statutory Rights Notice for International Customers: This warranty provides specific legal rights. Depending on your jurisdiction (such as Australia, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States), you may possess statutory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by contract. Where local consumer protection laws apply, this warranty operates as an addition to those mandatory legal rights.
